Saloninfra lets you sign in to a salon’s online booking page using your Facebook account. When you do, we receive your basic profile information from Facebook: your name, email address and Facebook user ID. We use this data to create your booking account and to identify you.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] from the email address connected to your account.
- Use the subject line “Data deletion request”.
- Include your name and, if you know them, the email address or phone number you used when booking, so we can find the right account.
Once we have verified the request, we delete the personal data we hold about you in Saloninfra.
What gets deleted
We delete your Saloninfra account profile data (your name, email address and Facebook user ID) and the connection between your Saloninfra account and your Facebook account.
Booking records belong to the salons you have visited. Each salon is a separate controller of that data, so Saloninfra does not delete it on your behalf. If you want a salon to delete your booking records, contact that salon directly. A salon may also be legally required to retain transaction data (for example for accounting or tax purposes).
How long it takes
We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Once the data has been deleted, we confirm this to you by email.
Disconnecting Facebook
You can remove Saloninfra’s access to your Facebook account at any time in your Facebook settings:
Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
Removing the app stops future sign-ins with Facebook, but does not automatically delete data already stored in Saloninfra. To delete that data, send a request following the instructions above.
